    Switching to fast mode seems to do nothing anymore. The drone is just as slow, inclination is not increased. It might be a problem with the firmeware update of Tello, it seems in my case it canceled fast mode in the aTello pilot app and I was relying on Fast to escape winds.

    VR looks bad on tello anyway due to hd resolution split in two screens and the camera is not wide enough to avoid lateral obstacles. I tried it on the regular app and crashed tello a couple of times, so no more VR for me.

    @bluejune Drifting with wind should be easy to detect by software because tello reaches a speed like 2m/s while the user did not touch the controls. I think in this situation Tello should try to Land for 5 seconds, just to escape the wind gust and lower its position, when triggered by this event...

    I also had a problem on sunday, the right virtual stick got stuck on downwards which means "fly back horizontaly", even though I wasn't touching the screen. I saved Tello by quickly using the "Landing" function and fast mode.

    @bluejune Feature request: if height is over 10 meters and speed is more than 2m/s while the stick for horizontal movement is not touched by the user, the app could make a voice warning for "Wind drifting" like the loud noise for battery below 10 percent. I almost lost Tello today at 25 meters...

    Sometimes I have this problem. I found that the solution was first to connect to direct Tello WiFi, then next to the repeater WiFi.

    I did a few tests with saving h.264 format, which seems to be recognized by youtube, and a 30 seconds file was 10 Mb larger than the mp4 variant of a 30 second video recording, facing the same scene, shot a minute later. To me it seems that h.264 holds more data, or maybe it is not compressed.

    Same in my case, the Settings recognize my GameSir T1d controller, but the app does not, tried click-ing the flypad button several times. However when I connect my Xbox One controller via bluetooth, it is recognized by the app immediately and works, but it interferes a lot with the video feed...

    Video quality seems the same. Sometimes the regular app has worse quality. I see better video quality from the aTello app. Now I am searching for a cheap controller to work on OTG with my Huawei P20 Pro, to avoid video skips from bluetooth interference.
