You will get these messages for every frame until the decoder sees a key frame. Configure the Tello camera to send key frames in regular intervals.- cumulus

Tello is really a toy?
The Tello "Disclaimer and Safety Guidelines" (Tello Official Website-Shenzhen Ryze Technology Co.,Ltd.) clearly states it's not a toy. I think you (me too) have to comply with the EU drone regulation, which means you need a spotter.- cumulus
