    I have tried this. I have gone through to where it actual appears to download, and then it says connect to drone. I go through the connecting to the drone, and it gets done, and says, a firmware update available.............. Scratching my head afterwards, and go through this insanity 3-4 times...

    I sent it back off for "repairs." This is probably the last time I am wasting my time. Shipping is $13 times 3 times, and that is not free! I might resort to a sledge hammer if it continues, and write this off as a bad experience, and waste of time!

    I tried this, and to no avail, it did not download. I tried numerous times to download...... I tried also to calibrate the drone, and when trying to run it, it was erratic. This is the 3rd time I have had this happen. This drone will now be sent back for the 3rd repair, unless someone on here...

    So you think I should go to data, instead of wifi? Is that what you are saying? I will give it a try. I chatted with a Tello tech person last night, and they said that it is not doable for my samsung, and for apple only. That ticked me off, so I will try what you say later on after getting home.
