    Indoors or close proximity to a huge *** object yes Out on the field no it gives better wind resistance and better battery life Also i only have 1 battery atm i will try your suggestion once i get 2 new ones

    100 meters is possible without a reciever, just get the proper phone And yeah 13 minutes is just for advetising its more of 9 minutes

    Max flight time you can get while recording is 9 minutes It's about 400mb of size for 720p video This of course can still vary with battery cycles, props, motors and weather conditions

    And yeah but still, percentage instead of guessing your charge using the battery icon is better. Even with inaccurate readings the low battery warning is still a return to home alert.

    It is not an intelligent battery but for the lads that keep it on the tello it is intelligently monitored, discharged and protected by the regulation chip inside the tello. For those that don't it won't discharge the same way as you keep it on the tello, again no chip in the battery.

    The aTelloPilot app always had the face tracking feature (which is the reason i got it) Now it’s gone and got replaced by a RTH feature that never **** works Not worth it anymore, don’t update your app guys.

    I’ve found a brushless motor on youtube that’s used for micro fpv drones Wondering if you can replace that tello’s motors with them, will definitely try once my brush motors burn out Also for further context i know this would mean totally salvaging the tello and installing a new circuit board...

    9kph is the maximum filmable windspeed (i.e no overleaning) For me the max windspeed i was able to fly in slow mode without it getting pushed was 15kph Still dangerous tho to fly in winds more than 5kph

    Hey filipino tello pilots, do you know where i can get spare props online? I recently ran out of spares and lazada nor DJI Philippines sell any more of them. Even on the facebook marketplace i can't find any. Please help as it would get my tello back in the air again! :D

    Well it’s not that dangerous as the tello’s logic board has a hydrophobic coating that helps it deal with water crashes (on freshwater atleast, rip if you crashed on saltwater) as ryze knows the first time pilots will do dumb stuff and fly over anything they want. Still not recommended, you...

    Either with CSC or Auto Takeoff, what are those two pulses of thrust from the tello when starting the motors? It’s also native other dji drones like the mavic pro, spark and phantom 4.

    The altimeter is IMU based not barometer based as the tello is not meant to be flown above 30m (max VPS functionality height)
