    Can someone please tell me why drones that are rated almost 5 out of 5 are controlled by an app that has a 3 out of 5 rating.

    Greyed out Photos

    If you have a Samsung S9+ or possibly other samsung, the saved greyed out photos are a problem between the stock gallery app and Tello. Downloaded a new gallery from app store, gave it permissions, and it is perfectly fine now.

    I have the Sam S9+ phone. When I take a photo, it looks fine on the Tello app, but is greyed out in the phones gallery. Video takes fine and transfers fine, just photos are a problem. Any ideas how to fix this ? Thx

    Error when take a photo

    I solved the problem. Go into settings, apps, Tello, and open Tello and give it storage permission. Works perfectly now

    Error when take a photo

    Does the camera an video not work with Android and Samsung S9+. When the button is pushed it makes the taking photo sound, and when video is pushed it counts the time. When the arrow key is pressed to rin or review, there is nothing, and nothing on the phone gallery. What am I doing wrong, thanks
