    Haha, you're not alone. I ordered a Tello battery from a Chinese vendor and, three weeks later, received two smaller batteries for a drone I don't even own. They were quite helpful when I contacted them and have dispatched, hopefully, the correct battery. Guess I'll know in another three weeks.

    As @Yo-dude says, move to places where the light is brighter. I've found the Tello is notoriously sensitive to low ambient light. Even indoors with bright sunlight coming through the window, if the drone it is the wrong place the ambient light warning pops up in the app. Don't forget you're...

    Anyone know how the Tello is selling? I know it's still very early days but with all the buzz about it (it's made the cover of Drone Magazine here in the UK) I would hope it's selling well.

    Yes, done that and agree. One of the main selling points of the Tello for me was it could be used as a flying 'snapshot' camera. I never really planned to do a lot of video work with it, I was just surprised at the quality of the video when I did.

    Thanks, potentially great tip but I'm on iOS and it doesn't seem to be supported in the browser version either. :( Phone used for connection - iPhone 6 Plus.

    Ciao e Benvenuto, Alessio. You're doing exactly the right thing, learning on the Tello before you upgrade. It's much less painful to crash a $99 drone than a $1,000 one! ;)

    Nope. Still on order from DJI. Was given a 10-15 working day delivery slot. Haven't checked to see if that's changed.

    Update. I've since been informed that the Tello produces shaky video in even the lightest breezes, increasing to the infamous 'jello effect' (or jelly - I'm British!) is high winds. So stable outdoor videos are almost impossible unless you have a flat calm day with not a breath of wind. Guess...
