    I hear you on the #&$(@$( weather outside. Indoors is the only place... so, as Ansia says, fly the tello indoors... keep the prop guards on. I did that enough times that I've since flown the spark indoors a couple of times, and didn't hit anything (got them both in December).

    Switch to the TelloFPV app. I've not had any good luck with video with the normal Tello app and the Note9.

    Go into your bluetooh setting and delete the gamesir. You need to connect to it via the tello app and not the phone.

    I was taking a time lapse of the snow "storm" (it was never heavy here) so decided to fly the Tello to show the "storm" too. Caught views of the camera taking the time lapse as well as what it looks like outside. If only warm, windless, dry weather. I live in a WiFi saturated area, so there...

    I use the Xiaomi WiFi Repeater 2. Kind of a pain to set up (see youtube videos on how to do it), but works well once set up.
