    When the app was originally released it would work with internet access enabled, so it would have been possible to use Tello & internet in parallel. After some OS updates many / most phones need to have data switched off to connect to tello.

    A lightweight 5w panel weigths around 200gr. Maybe you can strip & trim it to 150gr. Tello weights 80gr. There is no way Tello can lift a 5w panel. Plus it doesn't produce enough power. Tello battery holds roughly 4wh and lasts 10 minutes. So it consumes around 24W. A 5W panel produces anywhere...

    about 45-50 minutes if you cool it externally using a fan or something. Maybe 25 minutes if you arm the motors to avoid overheating.

    Just remove the prop guards and fly without much better and safer when outdoors anyway. Never modify / cut props! The imbalance will impact the VPS and reduce motor lifetime. Always have a few OEM spare props at hand. I know they have a ridiculous price tag but that's the price to pay for...

    The video settings are fixed in Tellome, preferring video stability over video quality. Its limited to 3mbps.
