Hello,
my first post here, and it's about a crash o_O
But after a crash one of the arms (front right) broke in one place and is now loose.
So it's only connected to the body with the rear "brace".

My question is now:
Are there replacement Parts for the whole Body?

Or do I have to glue it?

Greetings

hello, unfortunately I don't think there is a frame as a spare ... try welding it with two-component resin glue. Otherwise, buy a second Tello and this broken keep it only as spare parts.
Believe me, it takes strength to break an arm ... it must have been beaten hard!

Well it was my first crash with the tello :cautious:

I underestimated the signal drop when going over the roof of my house, lost control signal, the quad got "sucked up" under the roof overhang , I could not get it to go down (maybe still no signal), then it lost a prop and went into a death spiral.

Height was 6m at most but probably a very unlucky angle to hit the ground.

Nothing else is even scratched, not even the prop guards.

I glued it. And I will test it tomorrow.

But thanks for the answer.
Might want to buy an EDU for the SDK 2 anyways ;)

I would use a small amount of JB Weld or other two part epoxy. Cyanoacrylate glues, aka 'superglues' can become very brittle when fused and actually cause surrounding plastic to turn white.

Make sure not to use a lot, because it'll throw off the balance of the drone.

It would be interesting to be able to create a project for 3D printing (composite resin material) and make Tello frames.
