Battery

I'm new to the Tello. Put in the battery and now it won't start and I can't get the battery back out. I'm worried it might be upside down. How do I tell, and what should I do if it is?

I can't get the battery back out.

Use a metal spatula to pry it out, or a screwdriver if you have nothing else. Just make sure you're not putting too much force in a single point.

You may detach the upper cover of the drone and inspect how the battery is placed: normal or upside down.
And try to pull it out helping to move it from above.
