Broken Motor Wire

There was a post from last summer with a broken wire... But he seemed to have a bit more wire.
With present knowledge is it better to try and solder, or run a new wire?
I was practicing in an indoor space, and either low light or WiFi interference... the Tello accelerated and bounced off the ceiling and fell 2 stories.... Apparently it landed on the front right motor.

put a drop of solder on that short lead on the white base of the motor. While it solidifies and (quickly) press the lead from the white wire into that drop and hold it there til it becomes solid. Best if you have someone or something holding the motor for you and strictly no shaky hands. Good luck!
