I bet no bluetooth controller and no other sources of BT or Wifi nearby.

i'll try to answer your question sir
i just use default setting and use original app from Tello. Video bitrate in auto mode..i don't use any controller, only use smartphone for the controller. And surely use wifi repeater.
ah..you are right, i just take off the tello in middle of farmland so no wifi and bluetooth sources nearby
