Drone won’t take off

I have calibrated my drone twice. I replaced the propellers in the correct locations. It tries to take off, but goes sideways and shuts down. Help...

Is it new? Have you crashes it? Does one propeller spin slower than the rest? Are the propellers installed in the correct motor?

It is new. Yes it has crashed a few times. It worked great before I calibrated it the first time. Yes I made sure the props are in the right place.

My suggestion is to contact Ryze. It appears there is something wrong with your motors. They may exchange it under warranty.
