I'm disassembly my drone. That looks like antenna port but i don't know... Then, Where is really the antennas?
 
Don't know what that is, but the antennas are the 2 black wires in the back.
 
xcross is correct, the antennas are located in the rear motor pods.

The connector on the board is connected to a RF switch/solid state relay for antenna diversity. The same chip the 2 antennas (black coax leads coming from the rear motor pods) are connected to. I assume that connector is for testing receiver sensitivity or antenna performance. The connector type is a U.FL See below:

Looks to me that it is connected to the rear antenna, follow the PCB tracks on the top level they lead to the black wires, which I believe are part of the antenna. Agree with bmelody on that one.
 
Great post! I never saw the connector!! **** now I need to check it out :)

With your permission leandjb I will add this info to my antenna and pcb post that Flydrone kindly posted above.
