First video. Is it really bad?

Hi!
Raw vid - not too much frame skip, but when I watch in VLC I see a few artifacts/glitch. What causes temporary blurring of the image? Poor light?

My setup:
- Tello of course
- Xiaomi Mi WiFi 2 repeater
- Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 (witch Tello FPV)

What else can be done to improve the video quality

Try with another mobile device.
Put the phone in airplane mode and then turn on wifi and bluetooth.
Close all open applications.
Put the phone in do not disturb with total silence.
