I’m new here

My question is, when I powered up my Tello it shot up so fast and away it went. I was outside and thought it was gone for good, but I found it. I’m new to the drone world, but I thought it was suppose to hover in place. It has in the past. Any issues I need to be concerned about. I can’t fly, no propellers, waiting for them to arrive. Does anyone know if Best Buy sells them. Really enjoy the drone it’s a new hobbie.
