I can't see photos neither videos from Tello app

Hi,

With my Tello, I'm connected to Huawei P20 Pro.
Unfortunately, I cannot see the pictures nor videos taken during a flight...nothing stored on the app neither on the phone.
Maybe an issue with Huawei smartphones?

Tell me your thoughts or how can I fix it.
