We are on Python 3.7 now and instead of h264decoder I use the udp capability of opencv.
Not fully tested yet. Feel free to have a look.

Still some issues. Connect Tello first via WiFi, then start main.py, there is a lack, cause screens are buffered and it take some tome before we see the life stream.
Could you please support me to convince the guys behind dji-dsk to accept my push when finalized.
