Hi
My tello is one year old.
It was working perfectly, but suddenly during mid-flight while floating still - it crashed to the floor.
I tried to turn it on and noticed that one motor is having problems rotating, as if something is causing friction to it.
When I try to spin it with my hand - I can indeed feel it has high friction and it stops spinning quickly.

I tried to remove the propeller and clean it up, but it didn't help.

Any advice?
Thank you

Try giving it a spray with compressed air in case there's a small bit of dirt accessible.

It's unlikely, in which case (if your warranty has run out) the choice is replace or strip down. The motors are fiddly to strip but it's not impossible. I've stripped one before and the end cap is a challenge to get back on.
