Overnight Charging

I charged my tello via the tello drone and sometimes I forgot to unpluged it after it was full because I was fall a sleep at night. Will it damage the tello and the battery?

I do it too and think it's not bad.

Notice in the morning that the aircraft is slightly hot but the battery remains cold.

I personally would not recommend it. The battery itself has protection against overcharge, but if the drone is hot overnight it might loose its cooling performance.
Between the aluminum heatsink on the belly and the ARM chip and GPU on the board are thermal pads , which can loose viscosity , shrink and after some time transfer less heat and the drone could potentionaly overheat very soon after turning on.
But that is the worst case scenario in long run after maybe a year
