Washington, DC, lies within the Flight Restricted Zone, or FRZ, one of the most secure airspace areas in the world. It is possible to get cleared to fly in this airspace, but this requires a Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate, TSA vetting, and an airspace authorization.
In any case, at 80 grams, your drone is likely intended for indoor flight only.
