Replacement Motors

Hi.

I have a crunchy motor on the front of the drone that gets very hot.

I should have no problem replacing the motor as i'm not too bad with electronics.

I was wondering if anybody knew if these motors would work:

They are 8520, so will fit.

The speed of these is a little on slower side for 8520 models, but they also weight less than average.
Not sure if the OEMs in Tello have idling speed of 49000 RPM or more like 52000 RPM, and weigh 5.2g or more like 5.5g. But production spread of idling speeds in such motors are like 10%, so the drone should have no problem compensating for such difference. These will work.

Tip: before going with the replacement, make sure you know which wires go to motors and which are for antennas. Don't break the coaxial cables for antennas.

does anyone know how to connect the wires if the colors on the replacement motor are different.
i got a set with Blue& white and Red&Black. not sure which is CW and which is CCW. not sure which is Positive and which is negative. no documentation with the delivery. thanks for help
