Ryze Support - E-mails not getting through

Hi, is anyone getting any response from Ryze Support at the moment? I'm using the Ryze Robotics address currently on the Ryze website but I'm getting repeated messages to say that my e-mail isn't being delivered. Just wondered if they are still up and running as they have been very prompt in the past.
 
OK thanks Flydrone, will do. I'm actually trying to send them a longish e-mail detailing all of the issues that have been introduced over the last few firmware updates. I think pretty much all of these have been mentioned separately in other threads on the forum (e.g. drop in performance below 1m in Fast Mode, lag in controls in Slow mode, EIS not working after you take photos, lack of detail on what updates cover, no updates to the manual etc.) but I wanted to ask about these all in one go. I'll use the Chat to initiate a conversation and take it from there. Will post any updates I get in the relevant threads.
