Tello Continuous Command Error

I tried control Tello to Scratch but continuous block form is ignored last command.
so I tried use python program provided by DJI then send command is ignore In first command action. At that time I saw message "ERROR".

this "ERROR" is what does mean? and why ignore command in this situation?

Hi Dotaesung, put a pause command for 3 seconds between the take off and land commands. The tello needs to complete each command and send back an OK string before it can accept the next command.

but I tried after receiving "OK" command. Tello was just takeoff.
I think of "OK" message is just receive ack. isn't it?

and if need to delay 3second between takeoff and rand then 3second is fixed?
