I was flying the drone in the wind, it hit a bush, the propeller flew off, which I couldn't find, and I replaced it with a new one, when I tried to take off, all four propellers were spinning just because one side didn't come off the ground

Sounds like the new propellers were not placed correctly. There are different types (CW, CCW for clockwise and counter-clockwise rotation).

It should be iterating: CW on front-left, CCW on front-right, CW on rear-right and CCW on rear-left.

If you are in doubt, please post a photo.

You used the wrong propeller. Check the markings on the propeller and make sure it is the correct one.. They don't all fit in the same position
