Has anyone try these out yet? I see them on amazon for $10. Just wondering if it worth it?

Yes, they are quite popular. Most folks here use Xiaomi Mi extender; I'm a bit disgusted by its requirement to install special permission-hungry app just to configure it, so I'm going to try TP-Link TL-WA820RE. Prices are similar.

Hey! Just bought a very cheap WiFi extender called "NISUTA NS-WIREU" (Nisuta) and it works! I'll do a range test to see if it improves signal strength.

You can always delete the app after you have done the setup. I have done it since i got the Xiaomi Mi.

Hola Naahuel, supongo hablas español. Recien ingreso al mundo Tello y veo que la repetidora WIFI USB mas facil y barata de condseguir en Argentina es la marca NISUTA (hay 2 modelos posibles). Queria saber como te fue a vos, con que powerbank la usaste y cualquier dato que me evite comprar algo que no sirve del todo. Gracias y saludos.
