Yellow light slowley blink

I bought a new tello and tried to fly it for the first time but i get slow blink light and only one of the tow sensors are apear to be working. I have something that i can do or just sending it back to the shop? Thanks.

That's how it should works.

One of them is an emitter and another one is the receiver
