Message: Set Video Aspect

• Request Payload: 1 byte - 0 = Normal, 1 = Wide
• Response Payload: [tbc]

Requests that the Tello sends video in either normal or wide aspect.

Normal is 4:3 960x720 at up to 30fps.

Wide is 16:9 1280x720 at up to 30fps, but CROPPED top and bottom so there is actually less vertical field of view. However, this mode may be electronically stabilised by the Tello in certain circumstances, whereas normal mode does not seem to be.
