    Have you reported this to Ryze Support? Have a chat with them and send them a copy of your video. Maybe if they see the issue they may be able to fix it on the next app or firmware update. If you don’t report it then they will never know that there’s an issue.

    Hi, I did a test yesterday with my iPhone Xs Max and I had no problems recording a video in regular mode. I did not try recording using the other smart modes. If I have time today I will repot back and let you know my findings.

    Unfortunately disabling Bluetooth won’t help those of us who have a controller!

    I downloaded the iOS version and installed the update. There’s a reason why the app was built, and I would care to say to enhance the performance of the Td1 and like everything else in this age of technology nothing is 100% perfect the first time around.

    Hi, Glad to hear that the VR mode works better with your Utopia 360° VR Headset and for sharing it with the group. However, I still believe that the VR split screen is not properly designed to accommodate the most common and the higher end VR goggles.

    Not that I know of for VR. The ones that are being developed are in the very early stage and the developers I think are trying to help out those that want to use a Bluetooth controller on both iOS and Android platforms.
