    Can not obtain current location

    I was close to my controller and the house unless the sat. Dish screwed it up..I also had the phone in airplane mode. It just cruised away.

    Hey everyone, greetings from Albuquerque New Mexico, This is the flying Chicano. Dudes this evening I was cruising my Tello. I got a prompt telling me that "Tello could not obtain current location ..Please land" before I could find a suitable position to land ..the drone took off at cruising...

    New Micro Drone 4.0

    Try and imagine my wife's look when I told her I was going to go to drone school. now I'm in my second semester in the U AS program at my community college. She kinda tisks when I talk drone. She's getting used to it I think. Go to school for it all the new drones are for school now. Ha ha ha!!

    Counter clockwise motors (both of them) suddenly stopped working after a small crash.

    These things are under warranty from the manufacturer. I learned the hard way. Check and see if they will honor the warranty first before you start pulling stuff off or welding wires together. Be careful not to damage the wires to the antenna in the rear feet. I clipped the wrong one cut it too...

    Full charge batteries

    Is there a way other than using the motors on the Tello to discharge the batteries when I can't use them? Between work,darkness and wind my flying time is falling short. Do the batteries self discharge?

    Night flying

    I'm not sure you would want to do that..from my experience the Tello gets very hard to control if the light is not good..the sensors on the bottom do not appear to work well in low light. Let me know if you have any luck in finding a solution.
