    I would be concerned that the internal regulation circuitry in the battery may not be up to snuff and could lead to catastrophic battery failure on the cheap lion batteries.

    If voltage is the same, the tello will only take what amperage it needs to run. The battery can provide more amperage, hence the higher mAh, but the tello only uses what it needs. Op states voltage is the same so theoretically all should be good.

    Theoretically it would extend flight time, providing the extra weight (if there is any) does not offset the benefits of extra mAh.

    Like the scenery and the video for the most part. I thought all the flash transitions were quite annoying. I haven't had the guts to let mine get more than 500-600 feet away. Looks like yours was pretty high and far away. Are you ever worried it won't come back?

    I don't understand what your goal is here but make sure your meter is set and your test leads are configured for volts, not amps, and it shouldn't spark and smoke.
