Acro Mode?
The only options I know of are to switch to fast flight in settings and use AltLimitTELLO app to boost the height ceiling to 100 feet.- Bobseger99

LEDs for night flight
No lights really. There’s the small led light facing front next the camera and that is only used to blink various color combinations to inform you about the status of your drone.- Bobseger99
