    I’ve noticed the speed change myself. I’m hoping it’s a bug. As far as the recorded footage being lost, I realized that going into the settings while recording does it. If you don’t stop recording before entering settings it will not save the video.

    Thanks. It seems to have fixed that problem. Any idea when the app will be updated to save my photo/video quality settings so I don’t have to do it every time I power up the drone?

    Firmware 01.03.18.03 is out!!

    The new firmware is available for download. It seems to have fixed the choppy video issue (as long as your connection is strong). I don’t know if that’s because the Wi-Fi connection seems, or is, better. I can’t comment on if the coding issue has been fixed yet, as I have not tried it. The drone...

    Tello Firmware Update

    Just got the update working. I’m on iOS with an iPhone. Forced quit the Tello app then restarted it. Kept the drone off. Went to the settings then clicked update. It finally downloaded and then I was able to update. Version is now 01.03.18.03

    I hope this is an issue that can be fixed with a firmware update. I got mine yesterday and the video is very choppy. It’s also very pixelated.
