    Ya in short tello does not really have a ce or fcc mode for it does not emit power beyond ce regulation anyway even at maximum power level in lab condition.

    Wifi+ get good connection to 100m too with some wifi around. In dense wifi area it is probably less than 100m before video becomes crap

    Don’t think it is possible. Tello is not the one logging the flight. It sends data to the app and the app logs it. What are you trying to achieve over the phone to pc method with your way?

    Did you scan too early? My wifi+ S extender always broadcast in the last channel it broadcast in after power-on. If I turn on the tello, tello selects a clear channel and then power on extender.     Not accusing the app of anything. I know VPS is not to be taken seriously with dramatic terrain. Needed to put it out here so people understand the gauge is not totally reliable and distance record is best measured with G map.

    I would say it is slightly less than 1.42km since it looks like the drone did not quite reach the tag.
