    Propeller keeps flying off the shaft.

    I had a similar problem. Put a very small drop of red lock tight on the tip of the shaft and then put the prop on. No lock tight visible after pressing on the prop. Set overnight and prop has not come off since. (Be very careful with amount of lock tight, if any gets into the motor bearing...

    GameSir remote tuning

    I am using the remote with an iPhone and the Tello app. Is there a way to tune ie soften the control stick output? I find even a small input causes a large acceleration in the drone. Working from the phone only a small input has a small output on the drone.

    Most every time I bump the tello into something and it falls to the ground it looses one or more props. Anyone glue props on with cyano glue?
