    Thanks. I did try that and got the same situation. Someone mentioned there is a paid app (TelloFPV) that I should try but I haven't got a chance to do that yet.

    I seem to have been able to get it to work but the app keeps closing during flight. It says on for about a minute and then closes. I can restart the app and land the drone, but obviously, that's not acceptable for actually flying the drone. Any ideas on the apps shutting down?

    Get a cheap Android phone. I’m just starting out with my Tello, but if I get into enough I’m going to get an Android and try FPV app. Or, take a friend that has it and try it out that way.

    I have the T1d controller and I don't see any control that is basically a kill switch. I do wish that was an option. I had that option on my little indoor helicopter and it was often used. Get in trouble, shut it down.

    You can just pull the battery out a little bit so it’s disconnected but still in the Tello. That’s what I do.

    Could you draw power from the main battery to do this? I’d love to put some lights on mine but I don’t want to use more batteries. Would like to get power from the micro USB port. Is that even possible?

    Yes, it did shut off. I didn't hit the wall too hard, but I did run it into the wall. The cage kept it from doing any damage. I didn't find it to stick to the walls but the ceiling, that's another matter. Sticks to the ceiling pretty firm.
