    Hi,yes it turns out the recorded video is OK .it is great until I press the record button then it scrambles and when I stop recording the picture is clear again. This was while being about 3feet from the drone.

    Thanks for the reply I had to download an old version of the app to upgrade firmware the latest version would not work for some reason.Hopefully now I have the latest firmware. Sorry it took so long to reply I sleep in the day and work the night.

    Hi all, I am Rob from Manchester new to drones so it's all new . tello app keeps telling me to update firmware so I download reconnect, drone then asks me to download again which keeps me going round in circles. any help on this problem. Thanks Rob
