3 red light

Hi, my problem is when i turn on the device i have a green light first, ater 3 red blinkly and run the diagnostic, whats the problem?

yes, that happened when i turn on the drone, green led, 3 red blinkly and rin diagnostic

Sounds like your battery is low and needs to be charged. Try a different charger and cable . Check the blue LED's when charging according to the chart below.
