Hello everyone, I just bought a tello and i have a liitle question about the behavior related with altitude.

Let me try to be clear.

My first tello (I sent it back because they sent me only the tello and I bought the Boost Combo), when Im flying over a "obstacle" the drone seems to increase altitude following the "object" under, like that:

The new one appear to increase altitude only 30cm above from the obejct under, like that:

Same firmwares and apps were used, what is the correct behavior, may my new drone have a faulty sensor?

Thank you.

image #2 shows correct behavior.
Tello should maintain about 30cm minimum altitude. If the altitude above ground is lower Tello climbs (and stays at that altitude even after passing the obstacle).

You can achieve the behavior of #1 with TelloFpv app (called terrain mode)

So tello only increase altitude if the distance from object is lower than 30cm.
