i use Lightroom mobile premium (new adobe account every month for free trials xd) which you can use on your computer as lightroom web aswell, it has it's own cloud and is very useful.
For video editing i mainly use youcut, because it is free and has no watermark. :)

VSDC Free Video Editor (+ VSDC Free Screen Recorder + VSDC Free Video Capture)

I use Vlogit for Android, it's quick and easy, it doesn't have too many features, but it's perfect for a quick cut before sharing.

On IOS for video i use:
Videograde (video correction software, sharpness, color, etc.)
Splice (video montage)
DeShake (video stabilization)

For photo's IOS:
Photo Stitcher (panorama stitcher)
AfterFocus (blurring backgrounds)
SnapSeed (photo correction)
Darkroom (photo correction for raw)
Retouch (making stuff disappear)
SKRWT (correction of POF)

On PC i use free software to interpolate 30fps to 60fps called Butterflow. This is really REALLY good free software, also available with UI if dosbox commands aren't for you.

I have a Macbook Pro. There i use Lightroom and photoshop to edit photos and Premiere Elements for videos.
Both are obviously very good, even standards in the pro world. Yet their learning curve is somewhat steep, require dedication and last but not least not cheap if you play by the rules ...
