Maybe a dumb question? So I have an FS-i6 to use on Liftoff on my computer. I believe the remote is 2.4MHz. I believe the telo is the same, will it work to control the telo? My Telo is in the shipping process from dji.

Not directly.
FS-i6 can be used as a "gamepad" using some USB OTG connector (Android only). Once you have it working as a gamepad you can use it in TelloFpv and aTellopilot
