Welcome. You might have to perform the two calibrations on a new Tello. One requires hovering, then it performs like a more expensive drone. WOW, what fun yo can have. Hope you sometime get extra batteries as the time flies by quickly and you will want to continue. Wind is not your friend with this drone. Download a free app-UAV forecast(free) and others as time goes by for flying wind recommendations for your local information. Have fun-Fly safely
