sorry, I do not have an answer or that. How do you want to measure, and what kind of flying do you want to do in the dark.. The best discussion of that is here on this forum and demos5trated in a video wirh a Tello swarm of drones lying a light show in the dark with ultra violet lighting.. O hope this helps.
There is no general answer to this question. It depends on the spectrum of the light and the coloring / structure / reflectivity of the ground.
As you can see in this video (already mentioned by Dan), it is possible to fly Tello in pretty dark environments when there is special lighting:
I would say, you can fly, when there is enough light for reading a newspaper and when the ground has enough contrasts.
As you write "my drone", you should be able to try it by yourself.
