How to avoid a bloated Battery?

My first battery is fat. I don't understand the reason. See that:

Doesn’t look like bloated battery. The grid is for pressure relief in event of bloating but I think you just pressed the sticker into the grid. I get that too. Is it actually bulging outward to the touch?

Yes, and the fly time is more short. Already 7min in total for charge cycle.

Ok it didn’t look like it was popping out in the photo to me. Anyway, the battery is toast. Don’t use it. Not sure what you did to it. Was it heated too much? More hot than the battery would be after a flight.
