How to send data to tello using microUSB?

I have an Arduino that is connected to a sensor and I want to send that data to the Tello. How would I transfer data about the sensor to the Tello EDU Drone? I can connect the Arduino via microUSB to the drone correct? What would be my next steps from there?

From what I've seen so far of Tello programming, you make a wifi connection to the drone and transfer data over various ports.
