I can't turn on the camera on my tello

Hello everyone, a pleasure to enter this community.
I tell you my problem, 2 days ago I bought my tello drone, for some reason I do not see in the app what the drone sees, I literally handle it blindly, when I take a photo with the button for it, I can later see the photo, but I do not see absolutely while driving the drone. Could it be the app that is crashing? Cheers
