Lag in Drone Blocks Programming

There is a 5 second lag between every command when I use Drone Blocks for autonomous control. I have seen videos where this isn't the case, but my programming looks the same. Any advice?

Ours did this too. We also ran into the problem of it skipping commands and had to put at second pause between command blocks. Sorry no advice, but you're not alone.
