Thanks I am a young pilot at age 12 my drone is drifting to one way when I take of till it hits something what is the problem

Do you have good lightening? The visual positioning system (the camera facing downwards) needs enough light to hold the position.

If light is ok and all motors and propellers seem ok, then you could try a callibration (available in the Tello App).
