Pictures come out grey

When I take a picture with my tello the photos are just grey, video looks fine
Can anyone help?

Which platform are you using? Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app? Can you upload an example? Play with the settings. Switch from normal resolution to high or vice versa.

I am using a Samsung s8+, it must be my phone. When I upload or send in a message they come out fine. Thank you very much for taking the time to respond.

I use a S8, so it’s the same. Try deleting all data in settings>apps. Write ba k if it works.
