Power bank output for WiFi repeater

Does the output (1 amp or 2 amp) of a power bank make a difference to the effectiveness of the xaomi WiFi repeater? Just wondered because mine pushed out only 1 amp

No it won't make any difference because mi repeater 2 has 5v at 1 amp to work so it won't make any difference.
Also now a days electronic are so advanced if we give 5v at 0.8 amp then also it will work because of internal voltage and ampere regulator

Im uaing 5v 1a, a small stick like powerbank, in 5 hours of use i havnt managed to drop below 1 bar.
